Joy Hunting

Joy Hunting.

What the heck is that?

It is finding the things in life that bring you joy, be it small or big. Little things can bring as much joy as big things can. It’s quite amazing.

In our lives nowadays, we don’t really look for joy. We go throughout our lives and don’t really look for things that give us joy. Daily you should be joy hunting.

Joy hunting can be as simple as going outside and realizing the blue skies and the birds chirping give you joy. Maybe it’s swinging in a hammock. It could be dancing and singing.

Joy can literally be found in any and every thing. God designed us to have joy. Joy in Him and in our salvation. Theres two ways to have joy. Find some more.

Having things daily that give you joy helps with the days that you are struggling. Maybe you failed a test you really studied for. Maybe you lost a game. Maybe your best friend “broke up” with you. Whatever it may be, you will need joy and having Things in the back of your head that you know will give you joy right away is a good idea

Joy is, by definition, a feeling of great pleasure and happiness or to rejoice.

Joy hunting is looking for those things that give you happiness and pleasure. Maybe that is watching a certain tv show or eating a specific snack. Whatever it may be, remember it.

Remember it for those rough days. For the days where it feels like everything is crashing down. The days where nothing feels right.

These are the days we need joy the most. But in all honesty, we need joy every day. Joy is something that can motivate us to keep going even on a good day.

God is one who gives multitudes of joy. He loves us and to show that, He gives us joy.

Shouldn’t we look for those things to see a glimpse of God?

Everyone has joy. For some, it is just harder to find and thats okay. It is still there. Remember that joy is always there. There will always be something that will give you joy.
